Two tins of tomatoes or ripe tomatoes
2 - 3 onions
One tin Tomato paste
Garlic as much as you like
The main ingredient is the tomatoes.
The 2nd most important ingredient is the onions
.The 3rd is the tomato paste
(1) Sauté onions
(2) Add tin tomatoes, cook till heated
(3) Add tomato paste
(4) Thicken with plain flour roux, you can add gravox to the roux
(5) When tomato mixture is cooked put in baking tray
(6) Cover with bread crumbs and grated cheese, sprinkle with sweet paprika
(This will help brown the cheese)
(7) Place in oven heated to approx180 decrees and bake till the cheese is nice and brown
(8) Take out and enjoy
I would not say it was great on steak but it can be used as vegetable
Sausages or chops or on toast.
